About the Role:
A Customer Service and Administrative Assistant is required to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support in a residential aged care site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform front-of-house duties and provide effective reception services
* Support daily operations with excellent time management skills
* Maintain accurate office records and inventory control
* Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding processes
* Process resident admission, discharge and variation documentation
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in administration or customer-facing roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Friendly and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
