Overview
The successful applicant will play a key role in coordinating Council's road maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of road, bridge, and civil asset maintenance programs.
With a focus on aligning operations with Council's strategic vision and management plan, this position drives continuous improvement through reviewing and refining maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities

* To possess qualifications in civil construction or a related field.
* To have extensive experience in the civil construction industry, with knowledge of road maintenance and repair principles.
* To have proven experience in budget administration and project management, with knowledge of contract management and procurement.
* To manage and lead teams effectively.
Requirements
* A degree in civil construction or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry, specifically in road maintenance and repair.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
