About the Roles
gforce is currently seeking a pool of experienced Landscape and Garden Labourers to fill multiple casual roles in and around the Ballarat area, including Daylesford and Creswick, starting ASAP.
What's in it for you?
* $33-$35 per hour
* Casual hours, between Monday to Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm)
* Opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidates
Key Responsibilities
* Site clean-up and rubbish removal
* Laying weed mat and spreading mulch
* Shovelling and spreading toppings and scoria
* Lawn mowing (push and front-deck mowers)
* Whipper snipping, edging, and brush cutting
* Weeding and weed spraying
* Pruning shrubs and small trees
* MR truck licence advantageous (not essential)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in landscaping and/or garden maintenance
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Strong safety awareness
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Ability to pass a police check and drug & alcohol test
* Required PPE, including steel cap boots, hi-vis long-sleeve shirt, and long pants
