The role of Financial Operations Coordinator involves overseeing the management of core financial functions, encompassing payroll, accounts, reporting, and compliance. As part of a passionate team, you will deliver high-quality work while contributing to meaningful projects.

* Coordinating payroll and reconciling corporate cards and bank accounts
* Supporting monthly financial reporting and budgeting
* Posting journals, managing BAS/IAS/super payments, and ensuring compliance
* Contributing to process improvement and finance-related projects
* Solid experience in finance and bookkeeping
* Strong working knowledge of Xero – this is non-negotiable
* Understanding of payroll, super, GST, BAS, and financial reporting
* Great communication and time management skills
