Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the leadership and end-to-end administration of the Assets and Recyclable Materials Disposal Program. This role ensures that all company-owned, transmission, and contractor-abandoned assets are consolidated, validated, and disposed of in strict alignment with ISO/IMS standards, environmental regulations, and corporate policies while managing the complete procurement and contracting lifecycle.
* Program Implementation & Execution: Lead the end-to-end disposal process, from the physical validation of retired transmission assets and recyclables to the procurement of waste treaters and the final issuance of Release Orders.
* Compliance & Audit Management: Serve as the primary focal point for TransCo and regulatory audits; proactively conduct gap analyses and implement corrective actions to ensure 100% adherence to safety and environmental laws.
* Financial & Contractual Oversight: Manage the annual WMD budget, including variance analysis and SAP processing, while drafting and monitoring high-value legal documents such as Contracts of Sale, Deeds of Donation, and Variation Orders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree holder
* At least three (3) years of experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a related logistics/disposal role.
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in drafting and managing complex technical and commercial agreements, including Terms of Reference (TOR), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Deeds of Donation.
* Knowledge of asset consolidation, physical inspection techniques, and the specific regulatory requirements for handling and disposing of hazardous and non‐hazardous materials.
* Strong skills in budget preparation, cost estimation, and utilizing SAP (or similar ERP systems) for Purchase Requisitions (PR) and contract amendment tracking.
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to effectively interface with regional teams, external buyers, government regulators, and service providers to drive project milestones.
* Capable of conducting process gap analysis and evaluating the chronology of events for contract extensions or delays.
