ATOM Modular is a fast-growing family business that manufactures functional spaces for hardworking people. We've got big plans, and we need someone to take charge of our inventory.
The Role
Think of this as the quarterback position for our assembly line. You're the one making sure the team has everything they need to get the job done—right parts, right place, right time. If production stalls because something's missing, that's on you. If it runs smoothly, that's also on you.
You'll own our stock management across two locations, keep Odoo accurate, run stock takes, and when you see a better way of doing things, you'll make it happen.
This is a physical role. You'll be on your feet most of the day—moving stock, picking materials, loading and unloading. If you're after a desk job, this isn't it.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Managing all stock across both locations—raw materials, components, finished goods
* Picking and preparing materials for production, working closely with the manufacturing team
* Keeping inventory records accurate in Odoo (goods receipts, transfers, adjustments)
* Running cycle counts and full stock takes, investigating any discrepancies
* Looking for ways to improve how we manage stock and making those changes happen
* Keeping the warehouse organised and safe
Who We're Looking For
You'll fit in here if you:
* Own your work—you take responsibility, solve problems, and see things through

* Back yourself to tackle problems and aren't afraid to challenge the way things have always been done
* Put safety first
You'll also need:
* Experience in inventory, warehousing, or similar (manufacturing environment is ideal)
* Comfort with ERP systems—Odoo experience is a plus but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and prioritise your own time
* To be physically fit—this role involves manual handling, lifting, and being on your feet all day
* Forklift licence
