**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Operations Support (NOS) Manager, you will head the Reporting and Insight Analytics team within the NOS. You will lead service design and solution development/improvements including report development and needs assessment, reporting analysis and recommendations, process documentation & scoping, and continuous improvement and innovation.

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or related discipline
- Proven business analytics experience in a commercial environment
- Sound experience working with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Microsoft Azure
- Experience analysing information needs and functional requirements to deliver results
- Strong reporting, analytical and presentation skills.
