We're currently working with a well-established provider in Queensland who is looking to add a talented Podiatrist to their multidisciplinary allied-health team. The role
As Podiatrist, you will:
Provide comprehensive podiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with foot, ankle and lower-limb conditions.
Manage a varied caseload including diabetic foot care, orthotics, biomechanics, paediatrics and sports-related issues.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, orthopaedic specialists, nursing and allied-health teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients and carers.
Contribute to the growth of the clinic's podiatry service through building strong referral networks and maintaining high professional standards.
Maintain registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for podiatry and engage in continuing professional development.
About you
We are seeking a candidate who:
Holds a Bachelor (or higher) in Podiatry and is registered (or eligible) with AHPRA.
Has experience delivering podiatry services in a clinical or community setting, ideally with exposure to diabetic foot care and biomechanical assessments.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to client-centred care.
Is motivated to build referral pathways and contribute positively to a busy allied-health team.
(Desirable) Interested in extending services into regional or outreach settings, but not essential.
