About the Role
As a Non-Executive Director, you will contribute to the strategic direction, financial sustainability and effective governance of the organisation.
You will work collaboratively with fellow Board members and executive leadership to ensure sound decision-making and organisational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and oversight of organisational strategy
* Support effective governance and decision-making at the Board level
* Provide oversight of organisational performance and sustainability
* Contribute to risk management and compliance frameworks
* Review Board materials and actively participate in discussions and decisions
* Engage in Board committees as required
About You
You are an experienced professional with strong leadership capability and a commitment to good governance.
You will bring:
* Senior leadership experience across any relevant sector
* Strategic thinking and sound judgement
* An understanding of governance and Board responsibilities
* The ability to contribute constructively and collaboratively
* Strong communication and stakeholder awareness
The following experience will be highly regarded:
* Financial, accounting, or commercial expertise
* Risk management or governance experience
* Strategic planning or organisational transformation experience
* Previous Board experience (desirable but not essential)

Commitment
This is a part-time Non-Executive Director role requiring attendance at regular Board meetings and participation in relevant Board committees. A modest remuneration is offered in recognition of the role's responsibilities.
