The Opportunity
We are seeking interim professionals with proven
Local Government
experience to support a range of Queensland councils. We have upcoming opportunities across:
Finance
– financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, reporting
Procurement & Contracts
– contract management, tendering, compliance, policy
Human Resources
– business partnering, workforce strategy, recruitment, IR/ER
Other disciplines
are also welcome, including WH&S and engineering
Assignments vary in length and scope, ranging from short-term coverage to multi-month engagements. Most roles require an immediate or near-immediate start.
About You
We're looking for professionals who:
Have strong experience within Local Government
Can step into a new environment and deliver quickly
Are confident working autonomously and supporting teams in a hands-on way
Bring strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
Are flexible, adaptable and solution-focused
Are willing and able to travel to council locations and work onsite as required
