About the Role:
* This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Educators in an after-school care service for children aged 5-12 years.
The successful candidate will have experience leading teams and developing engaging programs that cater to diverse needs.
Requirements
* a degree or higher in Education, Childcare, Social Work or related field;
* demonstrated experience as a team leader/manager;
* sound knowledge of curriculum development and implementation;
* excellent communication skills with ability to effectively liaise with children, parents/carers and colleagues;
* ability to think creatively and develop innovative programming options.
