It's all about team and collaboration here too, culture is important and you will play a key role in stakeholder engagement across the business facilitating in all areas of HR procedures and practices including recruitment, selection, onboarding. Being that person to provide line managers with assistance and advise is a fundamental part of this role.
**What will you be doing**:
- Provide sound professional HR advice to the organisation including coaching Management on HR best practice
- Managing end to end recruitment, onboarding and separation process
- Implementing and enforcing performance management systems
- Provide guidance and recommendations on all people related matters across the business, including disciplinary, grievance, termination matters
- Coaching and training line managers on HR best practice

**What we need from you**:
- Strong practical HR experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills because confidentiality and integrity are imperative when dealing with sensitive information
- Great problem solving and common sense
- Ability to work independently
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- HR Degree or similar or working towards completion
- Current National Police clearance or ability to obtain
