The Opportunity

We have a rare opening for a National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and team nationally. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll drive sales performance across all states through our State Sales Managers and ensure we continue to deliver on our vision of being Australia's leading cabinet hardware distributor.

This role is field-led, customer-facing and designed for a decisive, hands-on leader who thrives on coaching teams, winning business, and setting a strong rhythm across the country.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Lead, inspire and mentor State Sales Managers (SSM) and their Business Development Manager (BDM) teams across Australia.
* Set and deliver national and state sales budgets, GP targets and strategic priorities.
* Develop and manage annual bonus plans, pricing approvals, and sales governance.
* Drive showroom, promotional and sample programs to ensure ROI.
* Partner with Marketing, Product and Operations to maximise sales outcomes.
* Support building and maintaining key customer relationships alongside SSMs and BDMs.
* Support Salesforce adoption and reporting discipline across the team.
* Provide clear coaching, feedback and regular in-field support to lift execution.
* Represent Wilson & Bradley at trade shows, industry events and association networks.

What you'll need to succeed:

Experience:

* Previous experience as a State or National Sales Manager leading large, multi-state teams.
* Strong background in building hardware, construction, or technical products, ideally in B2B sales.
* Proven track record of driving growth, managing key accounts and delivering on budgets.
* Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to bring the best out of diverse teams.
* Sharp commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
* Skilled communicator with strong presentation ability.
* Confident working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), data dashboards, and Microsoft 365.
* Willingness to travel regularly and spend meaningful time in the field.
