As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Manager to strengthen our operational systems and support the brand's next stage of expansion.
About the Role
The Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce business, ensuring efficiency across supply chain, inventory, logistics, and fulfilment. You'll work closely with the Directors and small team, playing a critical role in driving operational performance and supporting revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end operations including production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, and fulfilment
* Manage supplier relationships, lead times, purchase orders, and quality assurance
* Optimise operational workflows, internal systems, and procedures for scalability
* Monitor stock integrity and ensure inventory accuracy across all channels
* Manage freight, logistics partners, and delivery efficiency
* Collaborate with customer service to ensure fast, accurate issue resolution
* Analyse business performance metrics—including operational KPIs, cost structures, and revenue trends—and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
* Support new product launches, from supply chain planning to delivery readiness
* Drive overall financial performance, with a direct focus on revenue growth and improving net profit margin percentage
* Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to create consistency, efficiency, and clarity across the business
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, streamline processes, and elevate operational excellence
About You
* Experience in operations, eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics
* Strong analytical mindset and comfort with forecasting, spreadsheets, and reporting
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience improving systems and scaling operational workflows
* Passion for sustainability and quality craftsmanship is a plus
* Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial, fast-growing brand
