Overview
We're looking for a proactive and qualified Office Coordinator to keep our Melbourne office running smoothly. Based at the front desk, this role goes well beyond reception; you'll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, while ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Oversee front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, managing deliveries, mail, and catering.
Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and access passes.
Liaise with building management and service providers as needed.
Support health & safety processes and compliance checks.
Provide general office support to a team of 350 staff across 5.5 floors.
Qualifications
Previous corporate experience, ideally in facilities, office coordination, or hospitality.
Robust organisational skills and a qualified, approachable manner.
Someone confident in a role that can be quiet at times, busy at others – comfortable being reactive when needed.
A reliable, full-time team player who enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.
The Details
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Team: You'll be part of a close-knit facilities team of three.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a relaxed corporate environment where you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly every day.
Apply now and join a supportive, collaborative team where no two days are quite the same.
