As a Graduate Marketing Analyst, you'll support commercial teams across ANZ and South Asia by delivering data‐driven insights that guide marketing strategy and decision‐making. You'll work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team to provide meaningful analysis that helps shape campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall performance. It's a highly visible, hands‐on role where your insights will genuinely influence outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct customer, product, and market segmentation and mapping to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
* Capture regional, category, customer, consumer, and competitor insights.
* Produce monthly insight reports across portfolios and commercial teams.
* Support product‐related insights & research — including pricing strategy and product mapping.
* Develop marketing performance reports, including marketing ROI measurement.
* Establish relationships with market research partners and manage vendor activities.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and key KPIs.
* Build dashboards and visualizations to present findings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, growth strategies, and portfolio initiatives.
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
How Your Success Will Be Measured (Key Performance Indicator)
* Data Accuracy: Maintain at least 95% accuracy in analyses and reporting.
* Timeliness Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on schedule.
* Campaign Performance Insights: Provide insights that help improve campaign ROI by at least 10%.
* Data Quality: Ensure full compliance with data integrity standards.
* Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve positive feedback scores (4/5 or above) on insights and presentations.
Who We're Looking For
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other visualisation tools is a big plus.
* Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SAP C4C, HubSpot, Marketo) is advantageous but not required.
* A basic understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative approach and eagerness to learn in a fast‐paced environment.
