**Your Role**
- Manage all new starters' payee records in FastTrack and Onboarded
- Manage all updates in relation to awards and EBA's
- Ongoing management of the FastTrack payroll system
- Management and entry of rates and rules, client activation and new debtor accounts
- Education and training of clients on electronic timesheet approval, reporting and invoices
- Processing complete end-to-end weekly payroll, including wage subsidies, invoicing and permanent placement invoicing
- Managing and updating the payroll checklist and allowance checklist
- Manage Employee Benefit schemes
- Statutory payroll tax and superannuation compliance and processing
- Liaise with consultants/recruiters
- Manage online, face-to-face and phone based queries
- Manage client reporting as required
- Managing all reporting on hours and distribute to Management
- Manage the Senior Payroll Officer duties and responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate training/upskilling opportunities to Senior Payroll Officer as required
**Skills & experience**
- 5+ years' experience in a payroll position is essential
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Excel is essential
- Experience with FastTrack 360 payroll system is highly desirable
- Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a solid sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think proactively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company goals
