Overview
This job is a Leading Supervisor of a small team in Sunshine Coast. It is a satellite operation to our main 2000m2 facility in Gold Coast. Its a blended role of customer service, logistics, some assembly, testing and delivery of complete systems. Its a golden opportunity if you enjoy "being your own boss". Others in the team will be assembling and pre-wiring power conversion products. Our products are used in 4WD’s, RV’s, Expedition Vehicles and Marine. Our business is leading edge that takes the design through to manufactured systems. The fun part is the technology we have. In this role there will be advanced automated testing and software loading.
A bonus is paid for each 100% tested and delivered system. This could put you in an exceptional pay range. Women are welcome to apply and you may work between the hours of school drop off and pickup.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team in Sunshine Coast and coordinate day-to-day operations for customer service, logistics, assembly, testing and delivery of complete systems.
- Oversee and participate in assembling and pre-wiring power conversion products.
- Manage advanced automated testing and software loading on products.
- Handle products such as AI circuit boards and contribute to the company’s edge technology effort described as "inference at the edge".
- Support a culture of teamwork and high performance within the company.
