The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong networks, and strengthening referral channels to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Relationship Management – Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and referral sources to expand our network.
* Partnership & Conversion Strategy – Convert opportunities into active clients through strategic conversations and relationship-building.
* Client Relationship Nurturing – Strengthen existing client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
* Networking & Community Engagement – Represent Health N Home at events, networking functions, and industry forums.
* Marketing Collaboration – Work alongside the marketing team to ensure cohesive outreach strategies and messaging.
* Performance Monitoring – Maintain CRM records, track lead conversion, and refine strategies using performance data.

What You'll Bring
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement – ideally within the NDIS, community, or healthcare sectors
* Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
* Strong ability to generate leads and develop trust-based relationships
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision making
* Collaborative nature, working well with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations
