We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic individual to assume the pivotal role of Head of Hospitality, Rooms & Events for a boutique-style operation spanning the picturesque Macedon Ranges and another in the Wangaratta regions. This unique establishment boasts distinctive accommodations, exquisite restaurants, and stunning event spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Lead the hospitality, rooms, and events division with a strategic vision for growth and excellence.
* Boutique Operations: Manage and elevate the boutique-style operation, ensuring a seamless blend of personalised service and unique experiences.
* Accommodation Excellence: Oversee the accommodations department, ensuring unparalleled guest experiences and comfort.
* Restaurant Management: Direct the culinary and dining experiences within the establishments, creating a culinary destination.
* Event Space Innovation: Spearhead creative initiatives for the events spaces, making them sought-after venues for memorable occasions.
