We’re searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chef to join our energetic kitchen team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting senior chefs with food preparation and service across multiple outlets
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Supporting menu execution with creativity and consistency
Working as part of a team-oriented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Previous kitchen or culinary experience (preferred but not essential)
A passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
