The Role
The role offers the unique chance to oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, free from leasing duties, trust accounting, or business development management. With dedicated support from a Brisbane-based Head of Department and the opportunity to engage in team awards and social events with colleagues across Queensland, you'll thrive in a collaborative setting that values camaraderie and support.
Duties
Responsibilities will encompass overseeing entry and exit condition reports, liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance, including attending NCAT proceedings as required.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of property management experience, proficiency in working autonomously from home, a strong work ethic, reliability, a valid NSW Certificate of Registration, and a driver's license. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships are imperative.
