Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services that meet client specifications.
* Promote the use of IQVIA services to maximize revenue and utilization of our platforms.
* Support the rollout and adoption of client self-service tools, providing timely assistance and updates to clients.
* Develop and deliver training programs to clients on the effective use of our web-based portal for managing data content.
* Analyze and respond to client inquiries, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their business and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
* Extensive understanding of the Consumer Health, Pharmacy, and Grocery landscapes.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions effectively.
* Proficiency in using tools and BI platforms to analyze data and address client queries.
