Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to assume the role of Aviation Base Leader.
The successful candidate will oversee operational aviation activities at a satellite base, ensuring adherence to regulations and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing Safety and Quality Management Systems, promoting a strong safety culture, and facilitating effective communication across departments.
In this capacity, you will lead maintenance operations at the satellite base, ensuring aircraft airworthiness using approved systems. You will also manage local engineering team resources, inventory, and facilities, providing mentoring and support.
As Aviation Base Leader, your focus will be on ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained aviation operations while fostering a strong team culture and operational excellence.
