Senior Automotive Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our frontline service and workshop team.

* Manage customer concerns in a professional and responsible manner, ensuring positive outcomes and solutions;
* Strive for and maintain customer satisfaction indexes at the top percentile regionally and nationally.
* Ensure product knowledge is maintained, relating to all products marketed, as well as systems and processes employed in our business;
* Manage department metrics, profitability, target achievement, and workshop output.
* Compliance management, ensuring manufacturer standards are met and exceeded.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in dealership automotive roles, preferably as a Service Manager or Senior Advisor.
* Leadership and development experience in building a positive and productive team.
* Automotive mechanical knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, along with multitasking and pressure handling capabilities.
* Knowledge of dealership IT systems will be advantageous.
* Applicants must be able to work in Australia without restrictions and hold a valid driver's license.
