Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled Operations Director to oversee the operations of our waste management and resource recovery services across the Livingstone region.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and leading diverse teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Business operations; managing the site operations to meet performance targets, compliance standards, and customer expectations
* Leading, supervising and supporting; Inspire and guide a diverse team, building a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Quality, administration and information security; prepare weekly and monthly reports. Develop effective communication strategies with staff and contractual partners.
* Work health and safety; ensure all staff and contractors are acting in a safe manner within the workplace. Promoting a safe working culture.
* Financial and resource management; Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient use of resources and assets.
* Change management; Lead initiatives that drive innovation and smooth adoption of new processes.
* Stakeholder management; Build strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. Lead contract management meetings and audits, ensuring KPI compliance and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
* Customer Focus : Deliver service excellence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
