About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Educator coordinates, delivers, and evaluates clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level. This includes providing clinical supervision to support the development of evidence-based, person-centred nursing care in line with the standards, policies, and procedures of the Ministry of Health and other statutory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level
* Provide clinical supervision to support the development of evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote high-quality patient care
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
