We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced professional to join our friendly and dynamic team as a full-time Service Manager.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
What we are looking for:
* 5+ years experience in an automotive service operations environment in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Exceptional communication, time management, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a diverse and motivated team.
* Strong customer service focus and a professional approach to following company policies.
* Proficiency in email and general computer applications.
* Current driver's license and relevant references.
