About the role
In this full‐time role, use your strong customer service experience and problem‐solving skills to engage with clients and address loan payment inquiries, particularly with a focus on overdue payments and related collections activities.
Responsibilities
* Managing client communication with clients regarding loan repayments and arrears.
* Monitoring payment dishonours and issuing arrears notices.
* Establishing and maintaining payment arrangements.
* Conducting collections activities including lodging security caveats, skip tracing, checking PPSR details, and coordinating asset recovery efforts.
* Liaising with Mercantile Agents on active files and cases to enhance recovery success.
* Working with Auction Groups on asset valuations and sales for surrendered and repossessed goods.
* Preparing records for potential legal action.
* Ensuring internal systems, databases, and file records are consistently up to date.
* Supporting compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Attributes

* Previous collections experience or credit control is preferred but not essential.
