Your role
* Lead daily pharmacy operations with a focus on efficiency and excellent patient care
* Mentor and support your dispensary and retail team
* Deliver and grow professional services within the community
* Maintain high standards of compliance, safety and QCPP requirements
* Build strong relationships with customers, health providers and the local community
About you
* AHPRA-registered pharmacist
* Previous management or leadership experience in community pharmacy
* Confident communicator with strong people-management skills
* Passionate about delivering quality healthcare and fostering a positive team culture
* Organised, proactive and committed to providing a great customer experience
