Continued expansion has created an opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across Adelaide and key regional markets.
About the Role:
This autonomous, customer-facing role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting an innovative range of stormwater and piping products, strengthening existing partnerships, and driving new business growth across the civil, construction, and plumbing sectors.
You'll also work closely with a supportive national BDM group while owning the Adelaide metro territory.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in civil stormwater, construction, plumbing, or related technical industries
A strong background in business development or external sales
A proactive, hunter-style approach to identifying new opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while staying connected to a national team
Ability to travel within Adelaide and occasional regional areas
Industry experience in stormwater, drainage, or infrastructure products will be highly regarded.
