As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a adaptable, team-oriented professional ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe setting for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications
ACEQCA approved early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
Willingness to travel between local services
Flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 6:45pm
