About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive the entire sales process, delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role involves:
* Prospecting, engaging, and servicing potential clients.
* Selling contract homes (KDR or Greenfield Estates) and House & Land Packages.
Training provided for proven sales professionals to help you excel in this role.
About You:
* A strong Sales background - preferably in volume residential
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Experience using CRM programs
* A results-driven mindset with the motivation to exceed sales targets
