Job Description
How you can make an impact We're looking for a Intermediate Accountant to join our Bundaberg taxation team. This is an opportunity to work on diverse and complex tax matters, contribute insights that guide sound financial decisions, and play a meaningful role in both our clients' and our team's development.
You will:
* Prepare and review financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
* Work as part of a team to deliver a range of high-quality compliance and business advisory services to our clients.
* Support advisory work under the guidance of managers and partners, using your technical strengths to inform next steps.
* Prepare to draft level budget and cashflows for business planning and management purposes.
Desired Skills and Experience
You have:
* Ideally 3+ years working in Public Practice and in Business Services.
* Undergraduate qualifications (essential) and Postgraduate qualifications (or working towards this).
* Exhibit strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax rules, and experience with corporate, partnership, trusts and high-net-worth individual taxation matters.
* Experience with MYOB AE, MYOB Account Right, Xero and System Release programs.
* Professional presentation and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
