Position
Due to an increase in company success, an Admin & Accounts Administrator position has now become available.
You will be joining us in the office based in Seven Hills, and your duties will include, but not limited to, the following tasks:
* Responding to client enquiries via email and incoming telephone calls
* Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Receivable and Accounts Reconciliation
* Data entry into job management system ensuring accuracy of records
* Managing stock control
* Preparing invoices and matching purchase orders
* General administration duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
* Prior experience & demonstrated skills within the above mentioned main duties is a MUST
* Experience with XERO is a MUST
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads independently
* Must have solid computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Exceptional attention to detail and expert time management skills
* Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Positive and professional personality, punctuality and reliability
The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting Director along with managing account and sales operations of the company. This role would suit somebody looking for long-term stability and a career within which they can grow and establish themselves.
