We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our expanding Digital Team. This role will focus on delivering tailored digital solutions for a key client, working closely with other team members.
* Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the key client to understand their needs and deliver customised digital solutions.
2. Collaborate with team members to enhance the Digital Service offering.
3. Provide Power BI and Reporting support to various clients.
4. Assist in developing digital strategies and solutions.
5. Address challenges with effective solutions.
Technical Skills:
* Digital Strategy: Strong skills in digital strategy and enhancement recommendations.
* Data Management: Strong skills in data strategy and architecture design management.
* Project Implementation: Strong skills in digital project implementation management.
* System Integration: Strong skills in system integration.
* Application Development: Strong skills in application development.
* Analytical Reporting: Strong skills in analytical reporting and dashboard development.
* Scenario Analytics: Strong skills in scenario analytics and modelling.
* Data Interrogation: Strong skills in data interrogation and cleaning.
* Data Standardisation: Strong skills in source data standardisation and key mapping.
* Data Model Development: Strong skills in data model development.
* Insight Reports: Strong skills in developing key insights reports based on analytical findings.
* Data Maps: Strong skills in creating conceptual data maps and data schemas.
* Statistics: Strong understanding of using statistics to interpret data.
* Project Controls: Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
* Requirements Elicitation: Experience with requirements elicitation.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing expectations and facilitating communication.
* Business Improvement: Understanding of business improvement approaches including business process re-engineering, system development, change management, and other relevant techniques.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management).
* Security Clearance: Must be security cleared or able to achieve this.
* Work Rights: Currently in Australia with full Australian working rights.
* Experience: Preferred experience in Data and Digital roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Digital Consultant, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cyber Security, Technology Specialist, System Developer).
