Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Community Clinician 26+ to join our growing team on a full time or part time ongoing basis (EFT will be negotiated with the successful candidate).
The Community Clinician 26+ works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care to adults experiencing acute episodes and ongoing treatment needs. The role delivers timely clinical assessment, safety planning, therapeutic intervention, and coordinated care for consumers, carers, and support networks. Clinicians utilise trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice, contributing to the broader development and implementation of a contemporary, person-centred service model.

The role of the Community Clinician 26+ is:
* Conduct timely acute and routine clinical assessments based on risk, urgency, distress and disability including safety planning and triage using the National Mental Triage Scale.
* Deliver evidence-based, trauma informed and culturally sensitive treatment interventions, including pharmacological and therapeutic approaches within scope.
* Work within a recovery-orientated framework, collaborating with consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, facilitate access to services and support discharge planning.
* Provide individual, group and family-based clinical interventions, psychoeducation and ongoing review of care goals and outcomes.
* Maintain comprehensive, accurate and sequential clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legislative, policy and data integrity requirements.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Qualified as Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist with appropriate AHPRA registration or AASW Eligibility.
* Minimum two years' post-registration experience in mental health (desirable).
* Post-graduate qualification in mental or willingness to complete if successful.
* Assessment, clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly within a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
* Excellent communication, documentation and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Commitment to reflective practice, continuous professional development, and providing high-quality, person-centred care.
