Commercial Foreman job, Unit Development $25M+, Sunshine Coast, $120k - $150K Base + Super

A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-regarded developer builder on the Sunshine Coast, known for building a quality product. They have a solid pipeline of work on the Sunshine Coast, at different stages of the project life cycle, this is the perfect time to join them.
**Your new role**
You will be joining them on a Multi-Story Unit Development, complemented by a full-site team that are well regarded; An experienced Site Manager as a mentor, a full-time safety & labourer on site, all that's missing is you! You will oversee Structural and Finishing trades, ensuring they adhere to the scope of works and work safely in line with SWMS. This is a fully documented D&C; project at the early stages of construction, tower cranes, PT and 60 metre concrete booms will all play a part in this role.
Along with fortnightly look aheads, and working with the Site Manager to maintain site diaries and quality records using Procore.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered, you must have experience as a foreman in commercial construction.
Experience on medium rise unit developments will be well regarded, especially experience on projects with Tower Cranes and Concrete Boom Pumps.
