We're seeking a passionate and experienced mental health nurse practitioner to join our Wangaratta Continuing Care Team. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred care to adults with complex mental health needs.

Requirements
* Current registration and endorsement with APHRA as a Nurse Practitioner
* Demonstrated ability to function autonomously and collaboratively in an advanced and extended clinical role
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a range of divergent health care professionals
* Demonstrated ability to engage with and promote reflective practice across the nursing workforce
* Demonstrated ability to apply and promote evidence‐informed practice at the point of care
