Front End Loader Operator - Waterloo Corner
Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the team at our high output site to service the Waterloo Corner precast segment project.
Shift Pattern
* 12-hour shifts
* Day Shift & Night Shift
* 7/3 and 7/4 rotating day and night shifts
In Your New Role
* Operating a front-end loader to support production by maintaining steady material flow across the site.
* Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly
* Working closely with the project team to meet production and safety targets
* Maintaining clean, safe, stockpiles and work areas
What You\'ll Bring
* Previous experience operating a front-end loader in quarry, construction or similar environments
* Valid loader ticket and driver\'s licence
* Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
* Ability to work efficiently around fixed and mobile plant
* A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude
