About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage ongoing relationships with existing customers, driving growth and strengthening long-term partnerships. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account expansion, and representing the voice of the customer across internal teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing assigned territories to achieve new revenue goals
* Cultivating upsell opportunities through strategic marketing and sales initiatives
* Developing and maintaining pipelines from lead generation to closure
* Executing campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities within existing accounts
* Demonstrating products online and in person, supported by our Sales Engineering team
* Delivering prototype solutions tailored to customer needs
* Managing licensing invoicing and credit collection inquiries for assigned accounts
* Representing the company at trade shows and customer events across Australia and the APAC region
* Traveling nationally and internationally for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
