The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist (Warehouse Operations) to support a world-class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct warehouse operations including timely manner as a team.
* Conduct transactions in warehouse inventory and accounts including Serviceable, Repairable, Quarantine and Disposal Accounts in accordance with Commonwealth and Boeing policy and procedures.
* Support distribution of inventory to meet all internal and external customers' requirements which includes repairable items in order to meet the operational schedules.
* While working alongside the customer you also provide direct support to all internal and external customers.
* Processing (Inventory Management System) transactions to support project activities as required.
* Continue to drive and support a strong safety culture that aligns with Boeing policy
* Apply lean and continuous improvement ideas as a team member.
Experience/Qualifications
* Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
* Desirable School leaver with passes in basic Math's and English
* Provisional or full car Licence
* Ability to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.(NV1)
