We are looking for a passionate 2IC to help lead our Maxima Mandurah store in WA in a 12 month fixed-term on a full-time basis.

Day‐to‐day responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team.
* Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
What success looks like in this role
* Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams.
* A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA‐magic moments.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience.
