About This Role
Support a major offshore decommissioning campaign by assisting with completions, close-out documentation and platform-asset handovers.
You'll coordinate with contractors, help manage project-governance deliverables and contribute to tender, procurement and project-management support.
Join a global energy operator's team and gain valuable real-world project engineering exposure.
Support tendering and contractor selection
Coordinate project deliverables under the capital-project governance framework
Interface between project team, contractors and execution teams to ensure work meets project specs/standards.
Monitor execution progress, support change-control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Manage project documentation and records - drawings, reports, change logs, close-out packages and handover documents.
Aid in project schedule, cost and risk tracking; support reporting and issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team on offshore decommissioning/completions activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
Strong organisational, coordination and planning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and quality / compliance conscious.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, documentation tools).
Motivation, proactivity, adaptability and willingness to learn.
