A dynamic opportunity exists for a passionate and energetic Product Engagement & Training Specialist to represent a leading Australian retailer and their growing in-house product range. Based in Perth with interstate travel, this role will see you bring exceptional products to life through education, content creation, and authentic team engagement.
About the Company

As their new Product Engagement & Training Specialist, you'll play a vital role in inspiring and empowering store teams across Australia to champion their exclusive in-house brand. Through hands-on training, engaging content, and authentic storytelling, you'll turn product knowledge into product confidence where you help customers connect with the brand at every touchpoint.
The Role
Develop and deliver engaging product education and training materials
Visit stores nationally to connect, coach, and energise teams
Bring the brand to life through live demonstrations, storytelling, and social-style content
Partner with marketing and merchandise teams to align on messaging and campaigns
Track engagement and sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth
Mentor a network of in-store "Product Champions" to drive product confidence locally
Create digital and short-form content to showcase key ranges and inspire teams
Act as the go-to expert for the in-house brand, representing it with pride and authenticity
What You'll Bring

Confident communication skills, both in person and on camera
