Financial Performance Partner Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Partner to join our team. In this role, you will drive financial performance by partnering with site operations teams. You will analyze financial data to inform decision-making and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
You will present financials to senior management at a state and national level. To be successful in this role, you will utilize SAP system experience, PowerBI knowledge, and analytical skills to communicate financial information effectively. Additionally, you will manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a proactive and results-driven environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have CA/CPA qualifications and prior background in finance business partnering or commercial manager roles within manufacturing or construction industries. SAP system experience is desired, as well as PowerBI knowledge. The ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines are essential.
