About Us

The role is based within the Administration Team, supporting both the archdiocesan Curia and the Office of the Archbishop.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Services Manager will be responsible for managing workflow, coordinating activities, delivering personal support, fostering a collaborative environment, establishing stakeholder engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing arrangements.

Requirements

* A senior executive services management background
* Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* A deep understanding of the Catholic Church's role in contemporary Australian society
* A high level of prudence, emotional intelligence, and solid relationships with stakeholders
* Adaptable skillsets when dealing with fast-paced environments
* A formal qualification in business management, public relations, or related fields
