Packaging and Relocation Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our packing and relocation team. As a Packaging and Relocation Manager, you will oversee the entire process from packing to delivery, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating the packing team to meet service targets and client expectations
* Oversight of packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of customer belongings with focus on quality and care
* Maintenance of equipment and vehicles to ensure readiness and efficiency
* Inventory management and supply ordering
* Support during peak periods or complex moves
* Process improvements through operational analysis and implementation
* Leadership and coaching of team members to foster a positive work environment
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity within transport and logistics
* Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership and people management abilities
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
* Solid knowledge of packing techniques, materials, and equipment
* Forklift and machinery operating licenses highly regarded
