Hills Grammar School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated educator to fill a temporary full-time position working as a computing and Technology Mandatory Teacher, covering a maternity leave for up to 12 months in 2026.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school renowned for its outstanding professional learning culture and commitment to educational excellence. Maternity Leave Role | Commencing Term 1 2026 About the Role You will be expected to: Teach Technology Mandatory (Stage 4) and Stage 5 Design and Technology. Deliver engaging, evidence-based lessons that foster curiosity and innovation. Collaborate with a passionate team of educators to design and implement cutting-edge STEM initiatives. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Be open to using and learning to use innovative technologies. What we’re looking for The ideal candidate will have: The ability to teach Technology Mandatory and Stage 5 Design and Technology A current NESA accreditation to teach in NSW. Strong knowledge of learning technologies and their impact on student outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Relevant tertiary and teaching qualifications. A current Working with Children Check and Australian work rights. The Hills Grammar Difference Hills Grammar offers staff: Onsite parking for staff convenience.
