Role requirements and responsibilities:

- Travel to various sites to support operations and maintain client relationships, including multiple care communities across Western Sydney, South Coast, and Newcastle.
- Experience in Hotel, Duty, or Property Management is welcome.
- Manage customer enquiries and conduct site tours.
- Manage sales pipeline to improve conversion rates.
- Implement sales programs to increase uptake of additional services.
- Monitor service standards and customer feedback.
- Perform reception and other administrative duties as required.
